This Privacy Policy sets out how Teong Chuan Plastic (M) Sdn. Bhd (33232-W)  (“TCP”) uses and protects any information that you provide us. We are devoted to ensuring that your personal data provided is protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”). We have a firm policy of protecting the confidentiality and security of information that we collect from our customers, users, clients, data subjects (collectively, “Users”). For clarity, any reference to “we”, “our” or “us” in this Privacy Policy shall mean TCP and its affiliated companies. Please read this policy carefully. It gives you important information about how we handle your personal data. We do not share your non-public personal information (“Personal Data”) with unaffiliated and/or unrelated third parties. Your Personal Data is only shared with your consent except for the specific purposes stated below, in accordance with all applicable laws. TCP reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time. Should there be any discrepancies with the Bahasa Malaysia version of this Privacy Notice, the English version shall take precedent.

  1. REGISTRATION AND THE USE OF INFORMATION

Registration is not required for you to use or access our webpage, Kakkak.com (“Website”). No personally identifiable information, Personal Data, is gathered during the browsing of this Website except for information provided by you. However, Users are required to register with us to perform the checkout process. By clicking “Register” to register, you expressly consent and agree that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) and our Terms & Conditions (“TC”). If you do not agree to this Notice and TC, please do not use our Website, applications or otherwise give us any of your Personal Data.

6.1       Our Websites contain links to our Business Partners or other sites, however, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites. *If any of our affiliates or Business Partners wishes to access to any information entered by Users in our database, this will be disclosed to the Users upon initiating the registration process. Users who feel they do not wish their information to be shared by anyone other than the Website may opt out of completing the registration.
