Return & Exchange Policy

Standard shipping delivers between 5 to 7 working days within West Malaysia.
For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), standard shipping delivers between 8 to 21 days, depending on by sea or by air.

Here at we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all buyers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

We checked all products prior to packing and delivery to ensure that all products are in excellent condition and complete item(s) to be delivered.

In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect, you may return your product.

We will replace or refund you for the following:

  1. Delivery of the wrong Product from the one purchased;
  2. Product purchased is damaged during the delivery;
  3. Manufacturing defect of the Product and/or
  4. Failure to receive the Product purchased.

You are advised to provide us with the necessary documents for the above. Kindly complete the Return & Refund Request Form and submit to us for your product replacement or refund. Your refund/replacement submission/request must be done within 3 days upon your receipt of the Product or expected date of receipt.

In any case that the request for an exchange has been approved upon inspection and the product is out of stock or not available, we may:

  1. Replace it with other similar product of simliar value, or
  2. Refund the cost of the product itself

No exchange is allowed if we find the products:

  1. Has been used, abused or subjected to neglect, improper and inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions
  2. Has been involved in any damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair
  3. Not in its original packing and label
  4. Has been dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions for the product

Refund Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card by filling up a form or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We accept no responsiblity for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
